Insurance

To make your dental treatment affordable, we accept and will file your dental insurance complimentary of course and offer a variety of payment options for your treatment goals.  To that end, we are in-network with many major PPO insurance plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Southern Pearl Dentistry does not participate in Health Management Organizations; however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. We also offer a flexible payment discount plan. Please see our Treatment Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.

Your dental insurance plan is a form of compensation provided by your insurance carrier. You can expect the carrier (insurance company) to reimburse us for a portion of the fee.  That portion is determined by the contract between you and your insurance provider.  The higher the premium paid by your company, the more generous the reimbursement.

We will always strive to help you receive the maximum reimbursement to which you are entitled. As a convenience to you, Southern Pearl Dentistry will process your insurance claims in order for you to receive the maximum benefit.  We will also gladly provide dental x-rays and a written diagnostic report should your insurance company have any questions about the services provided.
