Insurance Information
We accept and file most major PPO dental insurance plans—complimentary as a service to our patients. We are in-network with many major providers. Please contact our office (678)990-3364 to verify if we accept your specific plan.
Your dental insurance plan is a form of compensation provided by your insurance carrier. The portion they reimburse is determined by the contract between you and your insurance provider. In general, the higher the premium, the more generous the coverage. We are very adamant about you, understanding your dental benefits.
We’ll work diligently to help you maximize your benefits. Our team is experienced in navigating dental insurance and will gladly provide x-rays, written diagnostic reports, and any other documentation your insurance provider may require.

Q: What types of insurance plans do you accept?
A: We accept most PPO dental insurance plans.
Q: Which insurance providers are in-network with your office?
A: We are in-network with the following PPO plans:
- Aetna
- Ameritas
- Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield of Georgia (100/200/300 plans)
- Cigna (Advantage PPO only)
- Delta Dental PPO
- Guardian
- Humana PPO
- MetLife (PDP+ only)
- Principal (In-network through PPO)
- Sun Life / DHA
- United Concordia (including UCCI)
- UnitedHealthcare (UHC PPO)
Q: What insurance plans are not accepted?
A: We do not accept the following:
- Medicaid
- Peach State
- PeachCare
- CareSource
- Amerigroup
- Ambetter
- TRICARE HMO
- Any HMO or DMO plans
(We only accept PPO plans)
Q: I’m not sure if my insurance is accepted. What should I do?
A: No problem! We’re happy to verify your benefits. Please provide:
